Our dedicated Architectural Design Department provide expert architectural design services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
We have a large portfolio of work that we have built which ranges from bespoke housing to large-scale developments exceeding 1000 dwellings. We have master planned village extensions and our site viabilities are own specialty with over 20 years’ experience of what developers require.
Our team is built up of a combination of experienced technicians who have been in the industry for between 10-20 years and graduates in architecture and architectural technology. This combination of people brings together knowledge and experience with new, fresh, and innovative ideas.
Our clients range from individual landowners, and small regional developers to major national PLCs.
We provide a bespoke service either from concept/design right through to Planning Application and Building Regulation or can offer a tailor-made service for the developer who requires a drawing service for major sites to be supervised in-house.
