Gallagher Developments

TAG Surveys were commissioned to undertake a detailed topographical survey covering approximately 325 acres on behalf of our client. The purpose of the survey was to provide accurate and comprehensive mapping data to support ongoing design, planning, and development works across the site.

The resulting topographical data set delivered a reliable foundation for the client’s project team, supporting effective decision-making in design, engineering, and environmental assessment stages. TAG Surveys completed the work efficiently within the agreed timeframe, demonstrating our capability to manage and deliver large-scale survey projects with accuracy and professionalism.

Taylor Wimpey Midlands

TAG Design were commissioned to prepare and deliver all architectural drawings, design documentation, and supporting reports required for the submission of the Phase 5 Reserved Matters Planning Application, comprising 525 new homes. The submission formed a key stage in the wider masterplan development and was instrumental in progressing the project towards construction.

Working closely with the client, project consultants, and the local planning authority, TAG Design coordinated the detailed design process to ensure full compliance with planning policies, design codes, and site-specific requirements. Our team provided comprehensive layout plans, elevations, materials specifications, and design statements, ensuring that all technical and aesthetic aspects of the scheme were clearly represented.

Friel Homes

Tag Civils were commissioned to provide full detailed designs for the proposed development of 117 houses and apartments at the former school site in Abbots Bromley.

Our team produced detailed road and sewer designs to meet Staffordshire County Council and Severn Trent Water standards to support the reserved matters planning application. The team also completed full private drainage and external levels designs on a complex site with soakaways, significant retaining walls and a mixture of new build and refurbished buildings. 

During the design stage our team also managed third party designs including street lighting, structural designs and safety audits ensuring an easier process for our client and providing them with a single point of contact.
