Steven entered the profession in 2005 and has since held senior positions at Taylor Wimpey Midlands and Cameron Homes. His extensive experience enables him to deliver client-focused design and planning solutions.

In 2020, Steven became Company Director of TAG Surveys and TAG Design, establishing a consultancy designed to meet the needs of national housebuilders.

Stephen began his career at Healer Surveys as a trainee in 2006. He then moved to Midlands Surveys, where he progressed to the role of Senior Surveyor.

In 2020, he joined TAG Surveys and played a key role in establishing the Bromsgrove office.

James has recently joined the company, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge from his time at RPS Tetra Tech Consultancy.

Michael is our longest-serving employee, having joined the business in 2021.

With prior experience at Midlands Surveys, he brings strong technical abilities along with valuable training and management skills.

Jon Tracey has recently joined our team to help establish and grow our utilities division. With over 15 years of experience in the utilities sector, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will be invaluable to our business. His strong focus on quality and continuous development ensures that we are well-positioned for success in this important area.

Sam has spent the past two years in our land survey department, where he became an integral part of the team.

Following the expansion of our Utilities department, Sam has transferred to the utility team and has begun training under the guidance of our Utility Director.

Sarah began her career in 1992 with Roger P. Dudley Associates and has since held senior design roles with leading architects and housing developers, including Neil Boddison Associates and Banners Gate Architects.

She is highly regarded for her expertise in feasibility layouts, bespoke housing design, and specialist projects such as barn conversions and residential extensions.

Henry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, having worked in the construction industry for over 10 years.

His attention to detail, client-focused approach, and strong organisational skills help us achieve our targets with accuracy and efficiency.

Andrew has many years of experience producing sketch feasibility layouts for the housebuilding industry.

Having worked with several national housebuilders to develop schemes, he has a strong understanding of client requirements and expectations.

After completing her Architectural Degree Part 1 at the University of Liverpool, Megan joined the company and has continued to develop her skills, becoming an integral member of the department

Corey recently joined the business after gaining valuable experience at a design consultancy, and he has quickly become a key member of the Design Department.

Charlie recently joined the business to lead our Civil Engineering department. He began his career at a Civil Engineering consultancy before moving to Barratt Homes, where he spent four years as a Technical Manager.

At the consultancy, Charlie developed a strong understanding of the design process and relevant standards. His time at Barratt Homes provided valuable insight into the challenges faced by housebuilders and how small design changes can significantly impact cost, buildability, and aesthetics.

Joshua began his career at TAG straight from college and has quickly become a key member of the team.

After gaining experience in the Land Survey and Design departments, he is now building valuable expertise working alongside Charlie in the Civils department
